- Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.

Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and Operator shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that Operator shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.
- By playing The Festival in Tallinn online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Tallinn, Estonia, in order to participate at The Festival in Tallinn Live event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination. The minimum age to enter the casino in Estonia is 21.
- All seats for “The Festival in Tallinn” won via an Online platform MUST be used in one of the destination tournaments “Event #34 - NLH Main Event - Day 1 X” from 25/11/2026 or “Event #27 - Mixed Games Main Event - TORSES Day 1” on 24/11/2026 (the “Destination Tournament”) or if a player has won several seats in another The Festival tournament from 20th to 29th of November 2026 in Tallinn.
- Maximum amount of “The Festival in Tallinn” packages that a player can win by qualifying via Online platform satellites: 1 per player during the Promotion Duration. Once the player wins a package, he will be excluded from all the future package satellites during the Promotion Duration. The player may still participate in Seat only satellites after winning a package.
- In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “Event #34 - NLH Main Event - Day 1X”) or enter “Event #27 - Mixed Games Main Event - TORSES Day 1”.
- If a player qualifies multiple times to “Event #34 - NLH Main Event - Day 2” on 28th of November 2026 from multiple Day-1 events in Tallinn., then each Min Cash is paid out, but ONLY the player’s largest qualified stack remains in play for Day 2.
- If a player has already qualified to Day-2 and still has ME tickets left, he has an option to: Transfer the ticket to another player at the location/Change the ticket to other tournament tickets with a possibility to top up in cash.
- Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the RedStar.

- To participate in the revenue missions, players must opt in once for each mission for the duration of the mission qualification period.

- Weekly Low Qualification Period: Monday 00:00 GMT – Sunday 23:59 GMT, except on the final Sunday 15/11/2026 it ends at 17:00 GMT.
- Maximum amount of “€15 The Festival EE26 Entry P” entry tickets issued for completing the Low revenue mission: 1 per player per week during the Revenue Mission Qualification Period.
- Maximum amount of “€100 The Festival EE 2026 [M]” entry tickets issued for completing the High revenue mission: 1 per player during the Revenue Mission Qualification Period.
- The Low revenue mission will award “€15 The Festival EE26 Entry P” entry tickets that are valid only in “The Festival” tournaments during the Promotion Duration. “€15 The Festival EE26 Entry P” tickets expire on 16/11/2026.
- The High revenue mission will award “€100 The Festival EE 2026 [M]” entry tickets that are valid only in “The Festival” tournaments during the Promotion Period. “€100 The Festival EE 2026 [M]” entry tickets expire on 16/11/2026.
- Satellites will award entry tickets which can only be used in “The Festival in Tallinn” Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the promotion is in progress. Auto-Registration tickets automatically add the player to the target event.
- All “€XX The Festival EE2026 Entry“ / “€XX The Festival EE26 Entry“ tickets are valid only in “The Festival” tournaments during the Promotion Period and expire 2 months after having been issued. After the Promotion Period they will be linked to all tournaments.
- All “€XX The Festival EE2026 Auto” / “€XX The Festival EE26 Auto” entry tickets are valid only in “The Festival” target tournaments during the Promotion Period. “€0.25 The Festival EE26 Auto P”, “€3 The Festival EE2026 Auto P”, “€15 The Festival EE2026 Auto P” & €100 The Festival EE2026 Auto” entry tickets expire on 16/11/2026. “€0.50 The Festival EE26 Auto S”, “€7.5 The Festival EE26 Auto S”, “€15 The Festival EE2026 Auto S” & “€70 The Festival EE2026 Auto” entry tickets expire on 16/11/2026. “€5 The Festival EE26 Auto Mega” & “€25 The FestivalEE26 Auto Mega” entry tickets expire on 17/11/2026.
- “TF Tallinn 2026 €1,850 Package” & “TF Tallinn 2026 €555 Seat” tickets will be issued online to winners as a placeholder prize for the live event and cannot be used online. They expire on 25/11/2026.
- If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, RedStar will return the buy in or the network tickets to the Players and they will be able to register for the next available event. RedStar will not offer any additional compensation to the Players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
- We are not responsible for any adverse effects any participants experience throughout the use of their prize.
- RedStar Administration and iPoker Network reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on Players that have already participated in this Promotion.
- Players may not create more than one account on RedStar poker room website for the purpose of entering the Promotion. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, we reserve the rights, at our sole discretion, to exclude a Player from participating in the Promotion or to refuse to award a Prize to a Player's account.
- If such a breach occurs, the RedStar administration may, at its discretion, close all such a Player’s accounts.
